Tots2Teens Daycare is a small, family-run nursery with big dreams for the children in our care. We opened our doors in 2017 and since then we have grown together as a team, a setting and a community.

Our management team has been with us from the very beginning, growing alongside the nursery and helping to shape the warm, nurturing environment we are proud of today. We are deeply passionate about early years education and believe that strong relationships, consistency and care are at the heart of children’s development.

We are highly qualified and committed to excellence. Our management team and deputies hold Early Years degrees and we are dedicated to supporting our staff to study, learn and develop their knowledge and skills. Ongoing training is a key part of our ethos, because when our team grows, so do the children.

All staff are paediatric first aid trained and hold Designated Safeguarding Lead qualifications, alongside food hygiene and a wide range of additional training. As a team, we are committed to continually learning and developing so we can best support children and their families.

We provide free meals and snacks for all children and do not charge consumable fees, ensuring that every child is fully supported throughout their day with us.

Outdoor play is a huge part of life at Tots2Teens. We believe children learn best through exploration, movement and play and being outdoors supports their physical development, confidence and wellbeing. We enjoy being outside in all weathers, giving children the freedom to explore in their own way, whether that’s splashing in muddy puddles, climbing, running or simply enjoying the fresh air at their own pace. We are proud to be community-focused and to play an active role within our local community.

We are a family-orientated nursery and care for children as we would want our own children to be cared for. Children at Tots2Teens are very much part of our family and are loved, comforted and supported every day, with plenty of reassurance and cuddles when they need and want them. Creating a warm, secure environment where children feel safe and valued is at the heart of everything we do.

We believe children thrive when there is trust between nursery and home. Strong parent partnerships are essential to us and we work closely with families through open communication, honesty and mutual respect. By working together, we ensure every child receives consistent care, support and understanding both at nursery and at home.
